You definitely want to use this company! It started out with a call with Trevor. Very polite, very professional. We scheduled an appointment and I had to change it because of something that came up. It was no problem. They still could get out there the same day we just changed the time! They were awesome about working around my schedule. I met Ben that came out to do the inspection with his dog Raven. Ben was awesome. He explained everything and I learned a whole lot about bugs! We made a plan and looking forward to working with this company and these guys going forward. Thank you!

We stayed in a hotel and brought bed bugs home with us. This has been an absolute nightmare, but Rock Pest Control came in and made us feel at ease. They drove over an hour to our residence and amazingly had the entire process from the free estimate to treatment done in three days. Payment was completely stress free, which is so helpful. From the time of first calling to finishing the job, this company was very professional, informative, and empathetic to our situation with bed bugs. Ben was amazing and personable, just a really great person in general who was very thorough and efficient. Very fast. He came in Friday for inspection, gave us a reasonable quote and treated our home the very next morning. So far no signs of bed bugs! And we get a 90 day warranty to call them back just in case. My family is very grateful to God for this company.

At first, I was a little reluctant to use this service, but I have to say it was money well spent. We did have some Brown Recluse spiders, but Kevin with Rock Pest Control served them with an eviction notice—and we haven’t seen a single spider since.

My wife is Korean, so when Kevin put on booties before coming inside, I knew right away we had a class act helping us out. He was polite, professional, and very thorough.
