Keep goods moving and audits clean. Rock Pest Control protects warehouses, distribution centers, cross‑docks, fulfillment/e‑commerce hubs, cold storage, and 3PL operations across the Kansas City metro, including Lenexa, Kansas City, and Lee’s Summit. We design audit‑ready IPM around shipping/receiving windows, seasonal pressure, and (for food‑grade areas) FSMA/SQF/BRCGS expectations—without slowing your throughput.

Audit‑ready documentation (device maps, labels/SDS, trending, CAPA) with pre‑audit walkthroughs; food‑grade options for AIB/BRCGS/SQF sites.
Warehouse‑specific exclusion: dock leveler brushes, door sweep upgrades, trailer gap solutions, sealant for utility penetrations, vegetation & dumpster management.
Rodent pressure control tuned to perimeters and rail/truck traffic; tamper‑resistant, barcoded interior devices—no open bait in active handling zones.
Stored product pest (SPP) expertise (Indianmeal moth, warehouse/cigarette beetle, saw‑toothed grain beetle) with pheromone monitoring grids and trend heatmaps.
Small fly & drain programs for breakrooms, restrooms, and mop sinks; moisture source audits.
Data‑driven IPM: threshold alerts, capture‑rate KPIs, and hot‑spot remediation plans in a digital logbook.
After‑hours/rapid response and unmarked service options to avoid disruption and protect your brand.
Safety‑first service: forklift/traffic‑aware routes, PPE, signage, and GMP‑aligned work practices.
Walkthrough of receiving docks, trailer wells/levelers, overhead doors, pick modules, racking/rack legs, battery‑charging areas, breakrooms, offices, trash compactors/corrals, rail spurs, outbuildings, and exterior grounds.
Ingress & harborage analysis: gaps > 1/4″, dock plate voids, torn seals, conduit/pipe penetrations, floor/wall junctions, under‑rack clutter, and cardboard storage.
Identify food‑grade vs. ambient zones and cold storage boundaries for differentiated controls.
Exterior rodent stations placed per perimeter risk; interior multi‑catch/snap stations in locked, barcoded covers along walls/aisles and mezzanines.
Pheromone traps for SPP in ingredient/packaging aisles; sticky monitors at entry points and problem racks.
Insect light traps (ILTs) in breakrooms/BOH corridors with shatter‑resistant bulbs; capture‑tray trending.
Bird activity monitoring at canopies, signage, and interior beams in high‑bay areas.
Non‑chemical first: exclusion, sanitation coaching (spill cleanup, pallet/empty box policy), vacuum/HEPA removal, clutter reduction.
Label‑directed crack‑and‑crevice applications for rodents, cockroaches, ants, occasional invaders, and targeted SPP cleanouts as needed.
Drain bio‑enzyme/foam for small flies; exterior residual barriers and vegetation trimming to cut perimeter pressure.
Bird deterrence/exclusion (netting, spikes, landing deterrents) at docks and interior beams where permitted.

mark and his partner are great guys. prices are great compared to other companies. mark heat treated our place and my wife was convinced the bugs were at here parents place also. so marks partner went over there and did a inspection. we all were already for sure her parents had them and were ready to schedule a heat treatment for their house as well. after the inspection we were told we were wrong, it was just a similar looking, harmless bug and there was no need for the treatment. i will recommend these guys for sure.
Mark and Matt were both great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this company to all!
