Protect patients, staff, and your practice reputation. Rock Pest Control provides patient‑sensitive, survey‑ready Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for dental practices, group DSOs, orthodontics, oral surgery/OMS, endodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental labs across the Kansas City metro, including Lenexa, Kansas City, and Lee’s Summit. We schedule around chair time and sterilization cycles while focusing on pharaoh ants, small flies (cuspidors/sinks), German cockroaches (breakrooms/labs), rodents (strip‑mall walls/docks), and occasional invaders—without disrupting care.

Patient‑safe, infection‑control–minded IPM: non‑chemical first, low‑odor/low‑VOC, ICRA‑aware planning near operatories and sterilization.
Survey/inspection‑ready documentation for practice owners and DSOs: digital logbook, device maps, trend charts, and CAPA notes.
Bait‑forward ant strategy for pharaoh ants—no repellent sprays in operatories to prevent budding and migration.
Small fly programs focused on cuspidors, vacuum/suction rooms, floor sinks, and mop/utility sinks with drain mapping and enzyme/foam rotations.
Rodent exclusion tuned to strip‑center construction: storefront light‑gaps, utility penetrations, shared service corridors; tamper‑resistant, barcoded interior devices only.
Discreet scheduling (before open/after close; unmarked options) and same‑day response for patient‑area sightings.
Brief staff in‑services (10–15 min) for assistants/front desk on sanitation, drain care, and reporting.
Data‑driven trending with thresholds, heatmaps, and root‑cause analysis to lower risk over time.
Walkthrough of lobby/check‑in, operatories, sterilization/CSR, lab/casting/polishing rooms, imaging/pan/CBCT, breakroom, restrooms, janitor/utility closets, vacuum/suction room, waste holding, delivery/receiving (if present), mechanical rooms, and exterior storefront/canopy.
Ingress/harborage analysis: door sweeps, slab/expansion joints, pipe/conduit penetrations, base voids, cabinetry toe‑kicks, and ceiling/void pathways.
Moisture checks around cuspidors, floor sinks, evac lines/condensate, and under‑sink traps.
Rodent control: exterior bait stations where allowed; interior multi‑catch/snap stations in locked, barcoded covers along walls/utility runs (no open bait in patient areas).
Sticky monitors in breakrooms, labs, and utility rooms; pheromone traps in dry storage when indicated.
Insect light traps (ILTs) with shatter‑resistant bulbs placed out of patient sightlines; capture‑tray trending.
Drain monitoring grids for cuspidors, floor sinks, and mop sinks to quantify small fly activity.
Non‑chemical first: exclusion/sealing, sanitation coaching, vacuum/steam, and clutter reduction.
Label‑directed crack‑and‑crevice applications in non‑sterile areas; room posting/re‑entry per label and policy; PPE/signage per ICRA if required.
Pharaoh ant bait programs; drain enzyme/foam rotations; moisture control and fixture audits.
Exterior residual barriers and vegetation trimming to reduce perimeter pressure.

We rented the heaters, this guy was So reasonable in price and understanding. He worked with us when things were not going as planned for us, like our power going out for hours (this had nothing to do with the heaters, it was a transforer.)
these guys rock! Pun intended lol. but seriously they were my 3 company to try and help me. Finally I’m free of those terrible critters. If you have problems with bedbugs please donn’ get them treated until you talk to Rock Pest control. I promise you won”t be sorry..
