Keep terminals clean, compliant, and on‑schedule. Rock Pest Control delivers discreet, security‑aware Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for airports and aviation facilities—including terminals, concourses, concessions/food courts, airline lounges, commissary/catering, baggage handling, jet bridges, rental car centers, parking garages, and support warehouses—across the Kansas City metro, including Lenexa, Kansas City, and Lee’s Summit. We plan service around flight banks and overnight windows while targeting small flies (drains), German cockroaches (BOH kitchens), rodents (docks/compactors/garages), stored‑product pests (catering/storage), birds (canopies/signage), ants, and occasional invaders—without disrupting passengers.

Security‑aware operations with badge‑ready onboarding and escort‑compliant workflows; coordination with Airport Operations/TSA as required.
Discreet, after‑hours service and unmarked options to protect the passenger experience.
Inspection‑ready IPM for concessions and catering aligned with local health department standards; no open bait in food areas.
Aviation‑specific exclusion: jet‑bridge threshold/seal gaps, dock door sweeps, utility penetrations, storefront light‑gaps, compactor/dumpster hygiene.
Bird pressure mitigation for terminal canopies, signs, and dock soffits (exclusion/deterrents where permitted).
Data‑driven reporting: barcoded devices, device maps, capture‑rate trends, thresholds, and CAPA in a digital logbook.
Multi‑tenant readiness: consolidated reports for airport facilities, airlines, and concessionaires.
Rapid response windows between flight banks and during overnight maintenance.
Walkthrough of concessions/food courts, kitchens, bars, pantries, walk‑ins, lounges, back corridors, baggage make‑up/carousels, jet bridges, loading docks, trash/compactors, storefronts, rental car center, parking structures, offices, and exterior canopies/landscaping.
Ingress/harborage analysis: jet‑bridge door sweeps and thresholds, utility chases, slab/expansion joints, storefront light‑gaps, dock levelers/brushes, ceiling/voids.
Moisture/organic load checks at floor sinks, trench drains, mop sinks, soda/beer stations, and dish areas.
Exterior rodent stations by perimeter/docks/garages; interior multi‑catch/snap stations in locked, barcoded covers along BOH routes.
Sticky monitors in kitchens, pantries, back corridors; pheromone traps for SPP in catering/warehouse storage.
Insect light traps (ILTs) with shatter‑resistant bulbs placed out of passenger sightlines; capture‑tray trending.
Drain monitoring grids for small flies in concessions, bars, and staff areas.
Bird activity monitoring at canopies/signage/docks (terminal areas only; coordinated with airport policy).
Non‑chemical first: exclusion/sealing, sanitation coaching, vacuum/steam, clutter reduction.
Label‑directed crack‑and‑crevice applications for German cockroaches, ants, occasional invaders, and targeted rodent placements; no open baits in public/food zones.
Drain bio‑enzyme/foam rotations for small flies; exterior residual barriers and vegetation management to reduce perimeter pressure.
Bird deterrence/exclusion (netting, spikes, landing deterrents) on canopies and signs where permitted by airport rules (does not include airfield wildlife control).

We rented the heaters, this guy was So reasonable in price and understanding. He worked with us when things were not going as planned for us, like our power going out for hours (this had nothing to do with the heaters, it was a transforer.)
