They showed up for the appointment time and were very professional.
We rented the heaters, this guy was So reasonable in price and understanding. He worked with us when things were not going as planned for us, like our power going out for hours (this had nothing to do with the heaters, it was a transforer.)
We had a rental house that we found to be literally full of fleas after the tenants moved out. It was so bad that we couldn’t do any of the work that needed to be done. These guys came out promptly, treated the inside and outside and solved our flea problem. I thought the price was very reasonable too.
I was looking for pest control after another company failed to come out. I came across Rock Pest Control & seen that they had 5 star reviews across the board all the way back to 2 years. I haven’t even used them yet as I was to get my first service call next week. I received a text message this evening from Matt saying there was a cancellation & they will be by sooner! When I tell you the customer service is top notch you’ll have to get the service to believe it for yourself!! SUPER pleased I went with this company!! **UPDATE** I highly recommend this pest service company!! I recently move to Missouri from FL, but my husband was here already at our new home. Let me tell you this pest control company is amazing!! My card for one changed & they called & I got that situated. Two I told them I was now in town when before they knew I was out of town. I’m beyond amazing by this company! They are very detailed in their work. I never have to call them & they’re always on time when they say they’re going to be here. If not, they’re calling you immediately letting you know that they’re running “X” minutes behind. Yet I haven’t experienced that as of yet. Trust me you WON’T be disappointed!!
My wife and I used Rock Pest Control for a few critters around the house. They were always very kind, helpful, and, most importantly, great at their job! I would definitely recommend them if you have any pest control needs.

Bed bugs are known to prefer human hosts, but they can indeed bite cats and dogs. However, it’s relatively rare since bed bugs are more attracted to human blood. It’s important to note that while pets can transport bed bugs in their bedding or fur, the bugs do not live on pets.
No, bed bugs do not live in human hair. They lack the physical characteristics that would allow them to navigate through hair easily. Instead, they prefer to hide in dark, secluded spaces when they’re not feeding, such as in mattress seams, furniture crevices, or cracks in the wall.
While it’s possible for bed bugs to hide in carpets, they typically prefer locations closer to their human hosts for easy access to a blood meal. This often includes beds, furniture, and cracks in walls. However, in heavy infestations, bed bugs can spread to various parts of a room, including carpets. Regular vacuuming can help reduce the likelihood of an infestation in your carpet.
